The QUINOA seeds come from the quinoa plant (Chenopodium quinoa) of the amaranth family. They represent a valuable source of proteins, which was appreciated by the ancient Incas and, today, they are becoming a part of our modern dietary regimen. The quinoa seeds are a naturally gluten-free food for people with celiac disease.
