CHARACTERISTIC

The fruit pulp of this African tree is a nutritious food and, thanks to the amount of substances contained, it is considered an one of the future foodstuffs. It dries naturally inside the fruit hard skin; the powder of citrus-sour flavour with subtle tones of caramel is obtained by simple extraction.  The ORGANIC baobab powder is widely used to prepare many foods and drinks. Thanks to its composition, it significantly enriches the food nutrient profile.

USE

Mix 5–8 g of powder in a glass of water or other beverage. The powder is suitable for all sweet dishes and drinks, to which it adds a slightly sour citrus flavour. It can be mixed with water or added to fruit juices and smoothies. It is also perfect for desserts, jams, muesli, and yoghurts. Do not heat the powder above 40°C to maintain its nutritional value.
