Our ORGANIC banana powder is obtained by drying selected bananas of the Cavendish cultivar ripe on a tree. They have been named according to Duke Cavendish whose gardener grew this variety in the first half of the 19th century in jars in Chatsworth House, England. The bananas are grown on plantations in Ecuador following the principles of organic farming and are processed into powder immediately after their harvest. This preserves the freshness and delicious, sweet taste of freshly harvested fruits.
COMPOSITION
100% ORGANIC banana powder. May contain traces of dried nuts.
USE
The powder is suitable to flavour porridges, yoghurts, desserts, puddings or add in smoothies, protein cocktails, and other foods and drinks according to your imagination.
