Characteristics

Our cocoa butter is obtained by pressing cocoa mass, which is extracted from unroasted cocoa beans cultivated under conditions of ecological agriculture. The cocoa butter is thermally stable, contains natural antioxidants, which inhibit rancidification, and maintains its fine aroma and taste of dark chocolate. The usual application of cocoa butter is in chocolate production. However, it can also be used in preparation of cakes, desserts, cookies, ice-creams and other meals. On the top of it, cocoa butter is an excellent natural aid in every-day skin care – it refines and hydrates complexion and has excellent regeneration properties.

Application

Thr cocoa butter is used in production of chocolate (it mellows the taste), chocolate toppings (the topping does not break when being cut) and ice-cream. It can be also used for frying, baking of meat and sweet meals.
