Our ORGANIC almond flour is made from whole, peeled sweet almonds, which are grown on the sunny island of Sicily. It has an excellent nutrient profile – low sugar content and a high portion of proteins, beneficial fats, and fiber. The almond flour does not contain gluten, therefore, it is suitable for people with celiac disease.

USE

The almond flour may be used as a substitute for ordinary white flour; it can also be consumed without heat treatment. Especially suitable for the preparation of cakes, marzipan, desserts, macaroons, porridge, creams, for the production of almond milk.
