The basic ingredient of our Superfood breakfasts is buckwheat flakes. Besides them you can also find there flax flour that is rich in fibre and lignans, almond flour as a source of proteins, whole crushed apple with pectin and other beneficial components.
During the development we took into account also the allergens especially gluten and lactose that´s why all our superfood breakfasts are made of naturally gluten-free and diary-free ingredients. There is no sugar added in some of them or we use organic coconut sugar whose glycemic index is lower compared to regular sweeteners.
