Fresh-water algae Spirulina contains essential amino-acids and it is a rich source of proteins and chlorophyll. A complete protein in Spirulina supports growth and maintenance of muscular mass and optimal condition of bones. Iron and Vitamin B12 contained in Spirulina facilitate production of red blood cells, optimal function of the immune system and energy metabolism and contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B12 also contributes to correct function of the nervous system, psychical activities and maintenance of standard metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamin B2 supports good condition of eye-sight, skin and mucous membranes and assists in protecting cells against oxidative stress.

2–5 tablets twice a day, at least 15 minutes before meals with a glass of water. In case of undernourishment, it is more suitable to use Organic Spirulina together with a meal. Information provided here are valid if 10 tablets (5 g) are taken regularly every day.
