Rice oil is extracted from rice bran between the rice skin and the seed. The rice oil is easily digestible and excellent for cooking.
The fundamental components of the rice oil are unsaturated fatty acids. The composition of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals is quite unique. The rice oil is also rich in vitamin E that acts as a natural antioxidant and regulates production of free radicals in human body.
